 How do I get a copy of a police report or motor vehicle crash? What does it cost?

You can go to the agency that responded to your incident / crash.  They will have a copy of your report.  You can submit a written request with the required fee to our office. You can also inform your insurance agency and they will send a mailed request with the required fee for the report.  If you have a case number it will help locate the proper report.

Copies of the reports can vary depending on the items requested.
